Cardiac Panel
Zepto’s Solution

Accurately Identifies Correct Treatment Needed in <20 Minutes

Zepto’s cardiac panel is a part of our effort to contribute to syndromic testing. The symptoms for heart failure, heart attacks and deep vein thrombosis are similar, but the treatment required for each condition varies. The onset of the aforementioned conditions can be fast and deadly in cases. The most important thing is to figure out what the patient’s discomfort really means and which condition they are experiencing in an accurate, timely manner. Zepto’s solution promises to identify correct treatment needed under 20 minutes.

Heart Attack: hs-Troponin

In the past, patients were forced to choose between running a high-sensitivity test which is more sensitive but has a longer assay time or a regular test with shorter TTR, when Zepto can perform the function of both simultaneously. Zepto’s Troponin test first performs regular Troponin test then performs amplifications for high-sensitivity results. GMR also detects live changes in magnetic signals. Results can be generated after just 12 minutes for patients who show major damage to cardiac muscles.

  • Wide Range of Detection
  • <2.5 pg/mL - >15,000 pg/mL
  • Low Limit of Detection <2.5 pg/mL
  • Highly Sensitive
  • Reduced Need for Re-testing of High Troponin Samples
  • Time to Result as low as 12 Minutes
  • Handheld and Portable

Heart Failure: BNP

  • Wide Range of Detection
  • <5 pg/mL - >5,000 pg/mL
  • Low Limit of Detection <2 pg/mL
  • Highly Sensitive
  • 1-Step Sample Preparation
  • Assay Time <15 Minutes
  • Handheld and Portable

Low sensitivity can result in a patient with cardiac disease to go without treatment. Zepto’s POC device’s sensitivity surpasses current Point-of-Care BNP detection matches if not exceeds clinical laboratory accuracy. Zepto’s POC solution increases efficiency of testing and does not compromise integrity of results.

Deep Vein Thrombosis: D-Dimer

  • Wide Range of Detection
  • <20 ng/mL - >5,000 ng/mL
  • Highly Sensitive
  • Assay Time <12 Minutes
  • Handheld and Portable
  • Clinical Accuracy at the POC

The Zepto Life D-Dimer assay is intended for use in conjunction with a clinical pretest probability (PTP) assessment model to exclude venous thromboembolism (VTE) in patients suspected of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). Patients with census thromboembolism experience very similar symptoms like heart attacks and heart failures including chest pain and disorientation.
